Phase 3 Maintenance Recipes: 1st 3 Weeks
As mentioned in other areas, our suggested method of maintenance is to avoid all sugars and starches, except the natural sugars from fresh or frozen fruit during the first three weeks of maintenance. Some foods that we would recommend caution are nuts, dairy, and beans, so eat these in SMALL quantities and watch your weight daily to see if your body is tolerating these types and amounts of different foods. The safest transition will probably consist of meal plans based on meat, fish, lots of veggies, and fruit. Below you will see several maintenance recipes that will help you get ideas of what meals to make during the first three weeks of Maintenance / Phase 3 of the diet.
