Healthy Conscious Guru Diet BBQ Chicken Salad
- 100 g. Precooked Chicken Breast (Boneless Skinless)
- 2 c. Preferred Lettuce
- 2 tbsp. Simple Girl Carolina Kick BBQ Sauce
- 1 Grissini Breadstick
To make this healthy recipe, shred the chicken breast into small pieces. Then, place the chicken breast shreds and BBQ sauce in a bowl with a lid. Toss until the chicken is completely coated in the Simple Girl Carolina Kick BBQ sauce. Place chicken on top of cut lettuce. Serve with a grissini breadstick. The Simple Girl brand of Carolina BBQ sauce is considered a 'free' item on the diet, so you may add more BBQ sauce as a safe dressing on top of this salad if you choose.
