Health Conscious Guru Diet Strawberry Chicken Salad

  • 100 g. Chicken Breast (Boneless, Skinless)
  • 2 c. Spinach Leaves
  • 3-5 Fresh Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp of Simple Girl Sweet Vinaigrette Dressing
  • Make your own dressing by using a recipe or buy it here.

Start preparing this recipe by grilling the chicken on a non-stick surface or grill. Allow the chicken to cool and then shred into small chunks. Place spinach on large place, top with cooled chicken and strawberries. Then drizzle with the Sweet Vinaigrette dressing. 

This recipe is allowed on the VLCD phase of the diet (also known as Phase 2 or the 500 calorie phase). This recipe equals 1 meat serving, 1 fruit serving, and 1 vegetable serving.
