Health Conscious Guru Diet Faux Onion Rings
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Garlic Grissini Breadstick
- 1 tbsp. 2% Milk
- 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Slice the onion into thin vertical slices. Combine the milk, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and mix together. Grind grissini in food processor until it is a powder. Put grissini dish in a different bowl. Place rings in batter bowl and coat completely. Let sit in batter 2-3 mins then toss again. Dip each ring into the grissini powder by hand. Place on cookie sheet lined with non-stick aluminum foil. Cook 6-7 mins. Flip, cook an additional 6-7 mins. Serve immediately.
Health Conscious Guru Diet Sweet and Spicy Cucumber Slices
- 1 Packet of Powdered Stevia
- 1/4 tsp. of Simple Girl Sweet & Hot Louisiana Seasoning
- 1 Large Cucumber
Cut the cucumber, thinly into slice. Place into a medium size bowl. Cover with lid or a plate. Shake the bowl until the Sweet & Hot flavor seasoning evenly over the cucumber slices. Then, open the packet of Powdered Stevia and do the exact same. The cucumbers are now ready to eat.
Health Conscious Guru Diet Roasted Asparagus
- 100 g. Fresh Asparagus
- 2 cloved of Fresh Garlic
- 1/2 t Parsley
- 1/4 t Oregano
- 1/8 t Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus and place on a sheet of non-stick aluminum foil. Sprinkle the seasonings over top. Wrap all ends of the foil up tightly to make a sealed 'pocket'. Roast 15-20 minutes.
