Health Conscious Guru Diet Hot Apple Cider
- 1 Medium Apple
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon Allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon Clove
- Packets of Powdered Stevia (to taste)
- Water (as needed)
Juice the Apple and Lemon. Combine the Apple Juice, Lemon Juice, and all the Spices in a small sauce pan. Heat on low until it reaches your desired temperature. Add extra water and Stevia Sweetener as needed until desired taste is created.
This recipe is allowed on the VLCD phase of the diet (also known as Phase 2 or the 500 calorie phase). This recipe equals 1 serving of fruit and part of your daily allowed juice squeezed from a lemon.
