Health Conscious Guru Diet Veal Parmesan
- 100 g. Veal
- 8 ounces of Sugar-Free Tomato Sauce
- 1/8 tsp. Fine Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Grissini Breadstick
Start preparing this recipe by sprinkling the veal with salt & pepper. In a non-stick pan cook for 1-2 minutes per side. DO NOT overcook because veal can become very tough. Pour the tomato sauce in a small pan, warm over low heat until desired temperature, stirring frequently. Once the tomato sauce is warmed, pour over the meat, and top with a crushed grissini breadstick. Serve immediately.
