Phase 2 Recipe Video: Health Conscious Guru Diet Vinaigrette Dressing
Regular salad dressings are not allowed on the VLCD phase of the diet because of the fat, calories, sweeteners, and artificial ingredients. Even 'diet' salad dressings are not allowed on P2 (like Walden Farms) because of the artificial sweeteners, chemicals, preservatives, etc.
It is recommended that you create your own diet salad dressing at home using a recipe or buying salad dressings that we bottled specifically for the diet. The brand "Simple Girl" is the most commonly known company that produces approved dressings, so that is what we choose to sell. These salad dressings are the only diet salad dressings that we have discovered and tested to be allowed completely and in unlimited amounts on the diet. Health Conscious Guru Diet Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
- 1/4 c Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 c Water
- 1/8 tsp Celery Salt
- 1/8 tsp Onion Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 20 drops Clear Stevia
- 3 packets Powdered Stevia
Mix the above ingredients together. Place any extra VLCD salad dressing in the refrigerator.
This recipe is allowed on the VLCD phase of the diet (also known as Phase 2 or the 500 calorie phase). This recipe equals NO servings for the diet, so you can have unlimited quantities of this recipe while on the VLCD phase.
