Health Conscious Guru Diet Beef Patty Wrap

Prepare this recipe by seasoning the raw meat with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Once mixed add only 1 tablespoon of the Simple Girl Sweet Mustard Dressing. Mix well with wooden spoon or hands (if you like to get messy). Mold raw meat into patty shape, then cook in a non-stick pan or on a grill until done. Place the large lettuce leaf on place, top with burger, and warp burrito-style. We recommend serving this meal with another tablespoon of Simple Girl Sweet Mustard Dressing or use yellow mustard for dipping. Remember... that if you decide to use mustard on the VLCD phase of the diet you need to double check the ingredients to see if it has any unallowed sweeteners, oils, or preservatives.
