Salsa for the HCG Diet!!! Wow - so glad to have found this HCG recipe!

Health Conscious Guru Diet Salsa

  • 1 Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 T. Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Oregano
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 T. Fresh Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper

Chop ingredients. Mix together. Add spices and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

This recipe is allowed on the VLCD phase of the diet (also known as Phase 2 or the 500 calorie phase). This recipe equals 1 serving of vegetables.
