Health Conscious Guru Diet Sauteed Flounder and Red Onions Served with Sliced Orange

  • 100 grams of Flounder
  • 1/8 t. Salt
  • 1/8 t. Pepper
  • 1/8 t. Garlic Powder
  • Fresh Tarragon, chopped
  • Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice from 1/2 of your Orange
  • 1/3 of a Red Onion
  • 2 Melba Rounds

Marinate the flounder with salt, pepper, garlic powder, fresh tarragon, the orange juice and the red onion sliced. Leave in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Cut a square piece of aluminum foil, big enough to put the fish and trimmings in. Make it into a pouch. Broiled it for 20 mins in the oven. Sliced the other 1/2 of orange and serve.

Health Conscious Guru Diet Spicy Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

  • 100 grams Shrimp
  • 2 medium Green Boston Lettuce Leaves
  • 3 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Ginger
  • 1/4 t. of Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 t. Salt
  • 1/4 t. Chili Pepper

Place the shrimp, salt, and pepper in a pan and pour water over top until shrimp is covered.
Cook until the water is boiling, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook until the shrimp are opaque. Drain the shrimp and cool. Combine the chili pepper and vinegar in a bowl. Mix in the garlic, and Stevia to taste. Serve the shrimp with the sauce on the side.

Health Conscious Guru Diet Cajun Shrimp

  • 100 grams Shrimp
  • 1 T. Chili Powder
  • 1 T. Paprika
  • 1/2 t. Dried Oregano
  • 1 t. Onion Powder
  • 1 t. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 t. Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 t. Pepper
  • 1/2 t. Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 packets of Powdered Stevia
  • Lemon wedge

Preheat a George Foreman Grill (or similar). Mix all of the seasonings together in a small bowl. Season the shrimp with some of the seasoning. Cook on the grill and eat.
