Health Conscious Guru Diet Greek Yogurt with Berries

  • 3/4 c. 0% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 c. Berries of your choice
    • Blueberries
    • Blackberries
    • Raspberries
    • Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 packet of Powdered Stevia
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

Prepare this recipe by placing berries, stevia, and lemon juice in a small bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour. This allows the berries to get softer and juicy. Next, mix the Greek yogurt into the berry mixture, stir well, and enjoy.

This recipe is safe for the 1st 3 weeks of Maintenance.
