Health Conscious Guru Diet Miracle Noodle Spaghetti
- 7 oz. bag of Miracle Noodles
- 16 oz. of Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 16 oz. Canned Tomato Sauce
- 3 tbsp. Onion, diced
- 1 glove Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. of Dried Oregano
- 2 Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
To make this recipe you will need to start by preparing the Miracle Noodles. If you do not know how to prepare the then, learn here. Place olive oil in the bottom of a medium skillet, add garlic and onion. Once garlic and onion are softened slightly, add beef. Break apart the ground beef as it cooks with a spatula. In a different medium-size pot, add spices and tomato sauce. Once the meat is browned and cooked fully, add it to the tomato sauce pot. Cover and cook for 4-6 mins. over low / medium heat. Next, arrange the prepared Miracle Noodles on a plate, then top with the mixture of meat and tomato sauce. Mix together if desired.
