For the HCG Gorgers:
For these first two days of the HCG diet, TAKE YOUR HCG and eat as much fatty food as you can without making yourself physically ill. Have HCG gorge foods such as donuts, milk, hamburgers with fries, oreos, etc.
**Don't forget to take your HCG on these days!!!!**
Enjoy these two gorge days as much as possible. Next comes the VLCD (very-low calorie diet) part of the HCG diet.
For the HCG VLCD Phasers:
Now it’s time to get serious…just kidding. This part of the diet that is a little more strict. However, this is where the HCG diet begins to truly change your life. For the next 21-38 days (depending on how long you decide to stay on the diet), you will take the HCG and make your meal choices based off of a list of allowable foods for this diet.
