Sample HCG Diet Menu / Sample HCG VLCD Diet Menu Part 1
Here's a sample menu showing an average week of HCG meals for the VLCD Phase of the HCG Diet (as also called HCG Phase 2 / HCG P2). Here you will find examples of HCG breakfast meals, HCG lunches, and HCG dinners.
HCG VLCD Day 1
- HCG Breakfast — Coffee with 1 tablespoon of 2% Milk and Hazelnut Falvored Stevia
- HCG Lunch – 3.5 ounces of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 1 Cucumber sliced thin & 2 Melba Snacks
- HCG Dinner – Lean Ground Beef with 1 grilled Vidalia Onion, served with 1 HCG Diet Garlic Grissini Stick
HCG VLCD Day 2
- HCG Breakfast - Tea or Coffee, 1 tablespoon 2% milk, HCG Safe Stevia Sweetener
- HCG Snack – 1 Apple
- HCG Snack – 2 Melba Snacks
- HCG Lunch – 3.5 oz. Canned Tuna on a Bed of Baby Spinach and 2 Melba Rounds
- HCG Dinner—3.5 oz. Shrimp seasoned with the HCG Diet Safe Sweet and Hot Seasoning. Served with Lettuce topped with HCG Salad Dressing, and 1 Melba toast
- HCG Snack – 1 Handful of Fresh Strawberries
HCG VLCD Day 3
- HCG Breakfast - Tea or coffee with 1 tablespoon 2% milk
- HCG Lunch – 3.5 oz Boneless Skinless Grilled Chicken Breast, HCG Slaw (Shredded Cabbage with HCG Salad Dressing)
- HCG Snack – 1/2 grapefruit sprinkled with HCG Safe Stevia
- HCG Dinner – 3.5 oz. shrimp, Lettuce with HCG Salad Dressing, and 1 Melba Toast
- HCG Snack – “Apple Pie” (Slice 1 Apple, Top with 1 Crushed Natural HCG Grissini Stick, Cinnamon and a Packet of HCG Safe Stevia, Microwave for 2 ½ minutes)
HCG VLCD Day 4
- HCG Breakfast – Coffee with 1 tablespoon of 2% milk, ½ Apple
- HCG Snack – 1 HCG Safe Garlic Grissini Stick
- HCG Lunch – 3.5 oz. of Canned Tuna, Lettuce with HCG Salad Dressing, ½ Apple
- HCG Dinner—Lean steak, Handful of Fresh Strawberries, Steamed Asparagus, 2 Melba Rounds
