Health Conscious Guru Diet Vegetable Succotash
- ½ c. Corn
- ½ c. Broccoli Stems
- 8 oz. Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- ½ c. Cooked Lima Beans
- ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
Prepare this Maintenance recipe by combining the canned tomatoes (undrained) broccoli, and spices into a small pan on low / medium heat. Mix well, cook for 3-4 mins., then add the corn and lima beans. Mix well, and cook for 1 more min. Remove from heat, serve.
This recipe is safe for the 2nd 3 weeks of Maintenance. DO NOT eat during the 1st 3 weeks of Maintenance.
