Health Conscious Guru Diet Shrimp & Wild Rice Salad
- ½ c. Cooked Wild Rice
- ¼ c. Cooked Basmati Rice
- 2 tbsp. Chicken Stock, Divided
- 1 c. Cooked, Deveined, Detailed Shrimp
- 1 White Onion, Sliced
Prepare this recipe by mixing the cooked rice and 1 tbsp of stock in a small sauce pan over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. In a different skillet, add shrimp and the rest of the stock, over medium heat, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Drain any stock from the shrimp pan. Place the warmed rice on plate, top with shrimp, garnish with raw onions, enjoy!
This recipe is safe for the 2nd 3 weeks of Maintenance. DO NOT eat during the 1st 3 weeks of Maintenance.
