Health Conscious Guru Diet Hearty Raisin Granola

  • 1 c. Oats
  • ¼ c. Oat Bran
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped Walnuts
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped Almonds
  • Nonstick Spray
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Stevia
  • 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 c. Raisins

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. To make this recipe mix the oats, oat bran, and nuts together, set aside. Cover a cookie sheet with foil, then spray with nonstick spray, set aside. Mix the salt, stevia, brown sugar, honey, oil, and seasonings together in a small sauce pan over medium heat until almost boiling. Pour the heated honey and oil mixture into the oats. Mix together until well combined (you may need to use your hands. If so, allow to cool slightly before mixing). 

Pour the oat / granola mixture onto cookie sheet. Bake for 30 mins. Stir every 10 minutes for even browning. Next, add raisins.

This recipe is safe for the 2nd 3 weeks of Maintenance. DO NOT eat during the 1st 3 weeks of Maintenance.
