Health Conscious Guru Diet Chicken Soup with a Lemon Flare
- 100g Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 2-3 cups of HCG Safe Homemade Chicken Broth
2 c. Chopped Spinach- Find this Recipe in the 101 Worry-Free HCG Diet Recipes cookbook
- 1 Lemon, Juiced
- 1 tsp. Thyme
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
Precook the chicken breast. Once cooled, shred the chicken into small pieces. Combine chicken and all other ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, and then simmer for about 20 minutes.
Health Conscious Guru Diet Tomato Garlic Soup
- 1.5 cups of HCG Safe Homemade Chicken Broth
3 Roma Tomatoes- Find this Recipe in the 101 Worry-Free HCG Diet Recipes cookbook
- 4 cloves of Roasted Garlic
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1 T. Milk
Place the tomatoes under the broiler for 5-10 minutes. Watch carefully so as not burn them. Place the tomatoes into a saucepan and pour enough broth over. Stir in the roasted garlic when the mixture begins to reach boiling point. Pour this into a blender and add salt and pepper to taste. When the mixture has cooled, add milk if you like.
