Health Conscious Guru Diet Basil Vinaigrette Dressing

- 1/3 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 c. Water
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
- 1 clove Fresh Garlic
- 1 c. Fresh Basil
Put all ingredients in a food processer or blender. Blend until it becomes a dressing consistancy. Use it on your salads or to marinade your protein. Enjoy!!
Health Conscious Guru Diet Citrus Vinaigrette
- 2 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 T. Lemon Juice
- 1 T. Orange Juice
- 1/4 t. Onion Powder
- 1 clove Pressed Garlic
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Sprinkle over vegetables or use as a marinade.
Health Conscious Guru Diet Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing
- 2/3 c Water
- 1/3 c Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Packet of Powdered Stevia
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
Mix the water and Apple Cider Vinegar together. Add in the Stevia drops or powder to taste. Shake some salt and pepper in if you like. To create a stronger, more vinegary taste, switch the ratios (2/3 c vinegar and 1/3 c water).
