Phase 2 Recipes: Health Conscious Guru Diet Sauces and Dressings: Part 1
Health Conscious Guru Diet Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing
- 5 Strawberries
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 dropper of Stevia Clear
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
Combine strawberries with other ingredients in a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth. This dressing is great over baby spinach leaves.
Health Conscious Guru Diet Salsa
- 1 Tomato, Chopped
- 1 T. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp. Oregano
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 T. Fresh Chopped Cilantro
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
Chop ingredients. Mix together. Add spices and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hour before serving.
Health Conscious Guru Diet Spicy Mustard Dressing

- 1/3 cup of Apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup of Water
- 1 packet of Powdered Stevia
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp. Sugar-free Spicy Brown Mustard
First mix together the apple cider vinegar and stevia. Stir until the stevia is well dissolved. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until mustard is mixed in well. Chill and serve on your favorite salad or use a couple of tablespoons to marinade your chicken.
