Phase 2 Recipes: Health Conscious Guru Diet Salads: Part 1
Health Conscious Guru Diet Chicken Apple Salad
- 3.5 ounces of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 Granny Smith Apple
- 1 cup Celery
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Packet of Powdered Stevia
- 1 Lemon Wedge Shop Stevia Now!
The chicken breast needs to be pre-cooked and diced into small pieces. Dice the apple and celery into small pieces. Mix ingredients together, sprinkle with stevia, cinnamon, and other spices. Chill for 20 minutes. Serve with a wedge of lemon and enjoy.
Health Conscious Guru Diet Dill Cucumber Salad
- 200 Grams of Cucumber, Thinly Sliced
- 1 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 t. Dill
- 1 Packet of Powdered Stevia
- 1/4 t. Black Pepper
Mix together in a bowl all of the ingredients except for the cucumber. Stir in the cucumbers and refrigerate or serve.
Health Conscious Guru Diet Vinegar Cucumber Salad
- 1 Medium Cucumber
- 1 tbsp of ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)
- 1 tbsp of Ice Cold Water
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 Packet of Powdered Stevia
- 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
Thinly slice cucumber. Combine all spices, stevia, cucumber, water and Apple Cider Vinegar in a small bowl. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve. Keep leftovers in the fridge, for one day only.
