Health Conscious Guru Diet Basil Beef Patties with Tomato & Basil Vinaigrette

- 100 g. Lean Ground Beef
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. of Basil Vinaigrette Dressing

- 1 c. Tomato
- 2 Melba Rounds
Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Once combined I added 1 Tablespoon of Basil Vinaigrette Dressing to the meat and mixed it well. Mold the meat mixture into two patties. Place in a non-stick pan, cook over medium heat until they were no longer pink inside.
In the meantime, slice a small tomato and coat with 1 Tablespoon of the Basil Vinaigrette Dressing. Arrange the tomatoes slices on a plate with the 2 cooked patties and Melba toast.
Health Conscious Guru Diet Garlic and Spinach Steak
- 100 g. Flank Steak
- 1 tbsp. of Homemade Chicken Broth
- 2 cloves of Garlic

- 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. Parsley
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 2 c. Spinach
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Use a mallet to flatten the steak. Season with salt and pepper. Put garlic, parsley, and spinach in a blender. Puree until smooth. Add in just enough chicken broth to produce a paste. Spread paste on one side of the Flank Steak. Add just a touch of nutmeg. Roll up the flank Steak and secure with a string or toothpicks. Bake in the oven until meat is cooked according to your personal preference.
Health Conscious Guru Diet Grilled Chicken Tacos
- 100 grams Cooked Chicken, Shredded
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/8 tsp Oregano
- 1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Cilantro, Chopped
- 2-4 Large Lettuce Leaves, Washed and Dried
In small pan cook chicken in broth, add spices. Deglaze the pan with water. Wrap chicken in lettuce leaves and eat with hands like a taco. Top with small amount of salsa.
