Health Conscious Guru Diet Mint Steak served with Asparagus

- 100 g. of Lean Steak
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Mint
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
- 2 tbsp. of Simple Girl Sweet Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 cups Fresh Asparagus
- 2 HCG Safe Melba rounds
Place steak in a ziptop bag with salt, pepper, fresh garlic, onion powder and Simple Girl Sweet Vinaigrette dressing. Marinated in fridge for at least 1 hour. Cook the steak on a non-stick stovetop surface, until desired doneness. Steam asparagus, top with stalk and pepper. Serve steak with steamed asparagus and 2 Melba rounds. Enjoy!
Health Conscious Guru Diet Beef and Tomatoes
- 100 g. Lean Ground Beef
- 2 tbsp. Oregano
- 1 tbsp. Basil
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 1 Medium Tomato
Dice the tomato and place aside for later. Mix the raw ground beef, oregano, basil, and garlic salt in a bowl. Brown in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Break the meat apart as it cooks. After the meat is mostly done, add the tomatoes. Cook for approximately 3 minutes. Serve. This recipe is also great when made with Buffalo.
Health Conscious Guru Diet Rosemary Chicken
- 100 grams Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup Homemade Chicken Broth
¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder- Find this Recipe in the 101 Worry-Free HCG Diet Recipes cookbook
- ½ teaspoon Fresh Rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 serving Melba Toast Crumbs
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Simple Girl Lemon Herb Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix lemon juice, salt, and rosemary together. Add the chicken to the mixture. Let marinate for at least an hour in the fridge. Mix the remaining spices and Melba toast crumbs together in a separate bowl. Dip the chicken into the spice mixture and coat thoroughly. Put the coated chicken in a baking dish. Pour in the broth and sprinkle remaining spice mixture over top. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until fully cooked. Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and lemon slices.
