Health Conscious Guru Diet Garlic Radish Soup
- 2 cups of Red Radishes
- 1-2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 cup of Homemade Chicken Broth (Find this recipe in the: 101 Worry-Free HCG Diet Recipes cookbook)
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Finely chop radishes and garlic. Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
Health Conscious Guru Diet Spiced Chicken Curry Soup
- 100g Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/2 c. White Onion
- 2 cups of Homemade Chicken Broth (Find this recipe in the: 101 Worry-Free HCG Diet Recipes cookbook)
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Curry Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
Cube the chicken into 1/2 inch cubes, dice onions, mince garlic. In saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 45 mins.
