Life Post-HCG Diet

Congratulations are in order!  You made it through all the phases of the HCG diet! You need to reward yourself with a nice trip to the spa or cool golf trip!Once you finish the HCG you will feel amazing! But, remember to follow all of these post-HCG trinks in order to maintain your weight loss from the HCG Diet.

I bet you feel fantastic!  And you’re probably craving and eating healthier and possibly even wanting to get in the gym to start toning your muscles.  Great!  Way to be an example of health and vitality to those around you.

Rules to follow while moving into a normal, healthy post-HCG lifestyle. 

  1. Weigh every day to make sure you are in range for your last HCG date weight
  2. The scale is your friend, don't go (even a few days) without weighting
  3. Keep drinking at least 2 liters of water per day
  4. Take a multi-vitamin
  5. Don't falling to old eating habits (eating in front of the television, large portion sizes, etc)
  6. Get up & more! Exercise can help you feel good about your new post-HCG body

  8. Don't forget about vegetables as a large part of your daily food intake
