  • Your body needs time to adjust as the new food is being introduced in HCG Diet Maintenance phase.

    • All the foods that were listed in the 1st 3 weeks of HCG Maintenance
    • Any fruit
    • Any Veggies
    • Greek Yogurt
    • High Protein Pancakes
    • Cottage cheese
    • Salads with tones of veggies & your choice of dressing
    • Peanut butter
    • Low carb/high fiber cereals (like Kashi)
    • High Protein Oatmeal
    • Other favorite sugars and starches in very small portions and only one or so a day or as the scale allows.
