1st 3 weeks: NO sugars and NO starches
- That means N-O bad for you sugars and N-O starches on the 1st 3 weeks of HCG Maintenance.
- If you cheat during HCG Maintenance you could mess up all of the hard work you put in over the past month in the HCG VLCD phase and take the chance of making HCG Maintenance much more difficult in the future, and believe me, you do not want to do that.
- Good foods to eat while on HCG Maintenance are protein-rich foods such as...
- Meats
- Eggs
- Hot wings (non-breaded)
- Jerky
- Protein Bars (Watch sugars and carbs)
- Low-ish carb fruits
- Non-starchy veggies
- Almonds or other nuts
- Cheese (in small portions)
- Protein Shakes (Watch sugars and carbs)
- Healthy fats
- Salads with extremely low-carb dressing such as Ranch or Blue Cheese
- Powdered Peanut Butter (Has less calories then regular peanut butter)
