HCG Maintenance Snack Idea for Phase 3 of the HCG Diet.

  • More Fruits, such as pears, watermelon, grapes
  • More Veggies, you can now start adding sweet potatoes, corn, etc.
  • Low carb / high fiber cereals (like Kashi)
  • Protein Bars
    • Choose ones with lots of protein, lots of fiber, and a relatively low carbohydrate and sugar count.  Relatively low is about 15 carbs or less. We offer options of HCG Maintenance protein bars on our site here And these HCG Phase 3 protein bars come in a variety of yummy flavors. Plus, all of these have less than 10 g of actual sugars! 
  • Nuts (can sometimes cause gains, treat them as cautionary)
  • Yogurt with less than 10 g sugar (dairy is also a caution item. So, be careful and very slowly introduce)
