**Definitely introduce these items one per day to see how they affect you. If they cause a steak day, you may need to wait until later in your HCG Maintenance weeks to try introducing one again.**
- More Fruits, such as pears, watermelon, grapes
- More Veggies, you can now start adding sweet potatoes, corn, etc.
- Low carb / high fiber cereals (like Kashi)
- Protein Bars
- Choose ones with lots of protein, lots of fiber, and a relatively low carbohydrate and sugar count. Relatively low is about 15 carbs or less. We offer options of HCG Maintenance protein bars on our site here. And these HCG Phase 3 protein bars come in a variety of yummy flavors. Plus, all of these have less than 10 g of actual sugars!
- Nuts (can sometimes cause gains, treat them as cautionary)
- Yogurt with less than 10 g sugar (dairy is also a caution item. So, be careful and very slowly introduce)
