So, here are some HCG Maintenance snack ideas that are suitable for both the 1st 3 weeks or HCG Diet Maintenance and the 2nd 3 weeks of HCG Maintenance.
Let’s start with the sure-fire Maintenance snack options first – meaning that most people do fine eating these in maintenance. (**Introduce these items one per day to see how they affect you. If they cause a steak day, you may need to wait until later in your HCG Maintenance weeks to try introducing one again.**)
- Apple with 1 tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter (Has less calories then regular peanut butter)
- Sugar-free Jello
- A few carrots with 1-2 tbsp of hummus
- Chicken wings (Bone-In; NOT breaded)
- Salad with Ranch dressing
- HCG Maintenance protein shakes
