HCG Diet Supplements

While most people see no need to take any supplements while on the HCG diet (as most are NOT allowed), there are some people who feel that they do need HCG diet supplements.

Here are some HCG Supplements that are “allowed”, but certainly not required.

Smooth Move Tea: Due to the smaller amount of food being eaten on the HCG diet, some people have bowel movements less frequently on HCG.  However, this isn’t always a problem.  But, if it does start to cause you discomfort, like if you are feeling constipated on the HCG diet, Smooth Move Tea may be an option for you.

All you do is drink Smooth Move Tea in the evening and the next day, you should see “movement”.  But, DO NOT DRINK UNLESS YOU NEED IT as it does have some iffy ingredients.  It should only be used AS NEEDED.

Vitamin B 12: People have been using vitamin b 12 to increase their energy on the HCG diet since its inception.  And HCG vitamin B 12 is usually okay.  Just make sure to check the ingredients of the vitamin B 12. 

HCG Cell Salts: Cell salts are used on the HCG diet to aid in the muscle cramps on the HCG diet that some people have.  So, for HCG cell salts (or cell salts for the HCG diet), make sure they are a good homeopathic grade or that they have no unallowed HCG ingredients. Otherwise, they may slow or stall your weight loss on HCG.
