Health Conscious Guru Diet Tropical Fruit Salad
- 1 Kiwi
- 1/2 c. Grapes
- 1/4 c. Cubed Pineapple
- 1/4 c. Cubed Honeydew Melon
- 1/4 c. Cubed Watermelon
- 1 small Apple, Peeled and Diced
- 1 packet of Powdered Stevia
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juce
Prepare this recipe by mixing all the above listed ingredients together in a bowl, top with lemon juice and stevia. Mix well.
This recipe is safe for the 2nd 3 weeks of Maintenance. DO NOT eat during the 1st 3 weeks of Maintenance because some of these fruit have too high of a sugar content for the 1st 3 weeks of Phase 3.
