Free Maintenance Recipes
We refer to the transition from losing weight to stabilizing at a new weight set point as the maintenance phase or phase 3. We have many free maintenance or phase 3 recipes including recipes for pizza, great salads, desserts and more. We consider the most successful method of transitioning from the weight loss phase to the stabilization phase to be a two step process:
First Step: For the first 3 Weeks, no sugars, except the natural sugars in fruit, and no starches.
Second Step: For the next 3 Weeks, slowly add sugars and starches in healthy form.
