Remember, during the 1st 3 weeks of the HCG Maintenance Phase / HCG P3, you must avoid sugars and starches. In the 2nd 3 weeks of the HCG Maintenance Phase / HCG P3, you can slowly add in more sugars and starches into your HCG P3 Diet.
