Health Conscious Guru Diet Grilled Chicken & Corn with a Side Salad

  • 1 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 c. Simple Girl Sweet Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Ear of Corn
  • 1 tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1/8 tsp. Simple Girl Sea Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • Your choice of vegetable for the side salad

Prepare this healthy maintenance recipe by placing corn and chicken breast in a ziplock bag with Simple Girl Sweet Vinaigrette dressing, olive oil, salt, and pepper, place in the fridge and allow to marinate for 2-3 hours (no longer). Place the corn in a pot of boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Grill chicken breast on a charcoal or gas grill. Allow chicken breast to cool for at least 3 minutes before eating. While the chicken breast is grilling, grill the corn for grill marks. Serve with side salad.

This recipe is safe for the 2nd 3 weeks of Maintenance. DO NOT eat during the 1st 3 weeks of Maintenance.
