Healthy Conscious Guru Diet BBQ Chicken Salad

To make this healthy recipe, shred the chicken breast into small pieces. Then, place the chicken breast shreds and BBQ sauce in a bowl with a lid. Toss until the chicken is completely coated in the Simple Girl Carolina Style BBQ sauce. Place chicken on top of cut lettuce. Serve with a grissini breadstick. The Simple Girl brand of Carolina BBQ sauce is considered a 'free' item on the diet, so you may add more BBQ sauce as a safe dressing on top of this salad if you choose. 

This recipe is allowed on the VLCD phase of the diet (also known as Phase 2 or the 500 calorie phase). This recipe equals 1 serving of vegetables, 1 serving of meat, and 1 serving of ‘carbs’.
