Health Conscious Guru Diet Garlic Radish Soup

  • 2 cups of Red Radishes
  • 1-2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup of Homemade Chicken Broth (Find this recipe in the: 101 Worry-Free HCG Diet Recipes cookbook)
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Finely chop radishes and garlic. Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.

Health Conscious Guru Diet Spiced Chicken Curry Soup

  • 100g Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 c. White Onion
  • 2 cups of Homemade Chicken Broth (Find this recipe in the: 101 Worry-Free HCG Diet Recipes cookbook)
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Curry Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper

Cube the chicken into 1/2 inch cubes, dice onions, mince garlic. In saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 45 mins.
