Phase 2 Recipes: Health Conscious Guru Diet Meat Dishes: Part 2

Health Conscious Guru Diet Ground Beef Chili with Cabbage

  • 100 g. Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1/8 tsp. Chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp. Cumin
  • 1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. Achiote Mexican Seasoning 
  • 2 c. Cabbage
  • 1 Garlic Grissini Breadstick

Brown the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic, chilli powder, cumin and cayenne pepper. Steam the cabbage, season with salt, pepper, chilli powder, cumin and garlic. When the beef and cabbage are completely cooked, add them together. Add Achiote (A Mexican seasoning made from Annato seed)

Health Conscious Guru Diet Meat in Tomato Sauce

  • 1 Large Tomato
  • 100 grams of Lean Hamburger or Chicken
  • 1/4 tsp. of Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Onion Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Italian Seasoning

Cut up the tomato into small pieces. Place tomato pieces into a small pan. Cook over med, heat for approx. 7 mins. Smash the tomatoes often during cooking, to help soften them. Place your chosen meat onto a non-stick grill (such as a George Foreman Grill). Once the tomato has been heated all the way through, and the meat is cooked, combine the meat with the cooked tomato sauces, add spices. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Serve.

Health Conscious Guru Diet Oregano Basil Spiced Chicken

  • 100 grams of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup of HCG Safe Homemade Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp. Oregano
  • 2 tsp. Basil
  • 1/2 of a Lemon, juiced
  • 1 c. Tomato
  • 1/8 tsp. Garlic salt
  • 1 packet of Powdered Stevia

Use a mallet to pound the chicken breast, until mostly flat. Puree the tomato in a blender. Combine all ingredients in a small pan. Cook on a low heat for approx. 1 hour. Serve warm.
