Health Conscious Guru Diet Classic Cucumber Salad

  • 1 Medium Cucumber
  • 1 tbsp of ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp of Ice Cold Water
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 Packet of Powdered Stevia
  • 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder

Thinly slice cucumber. Combine all spices, stevia, cucumber, water and Apple Cider Vinegar in a small bowl. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve. Keep leftovers in the fridge, for one day only.

This healthy recipe is allowed on the VLCD phase of the diet (also known as Phase 2 or the 500 calorie phase). This recipe equals 1 serving of vegetables.
