HCG VLCD Spinach, Chicken & Strawberry Salad

  • 2 c. Raw Baby Spinach
  • 100 g. Pre-Cooked Chicken Breast
  • 6 Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp. of HCG Safe Strawberry Vinaigrette

Precook the chicken, let cool. Wash and dry the spinach. Thinly slice the strawberries. Combine all ingredients together, toss in the dressing.

HCG Asian Cucumber Salad

  • 1 Medium Cucumber
  • 1 tsp. of Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Dropper of HCG Safe Stevia Clear
  • 1 tbsp. Tamari
  • 1 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes


Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until desired consistency.

Place lettuce into a bowl, combine with crab meat. Add 2 tablespoons of the Sweet Mustard HCG safe dressing over it. Tossed together and served it with 2 Melba rounds.
