HCG Maintenance / HCG P3 Breakfast: Veggie Omelet made with 2 Whole Eggs, Shredded Cheese, Sautéed Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Onions and 2 pieces of Turkey Bacon
HCG Maintenance / HCG P3 Snack: Apple with 1 TBSP Peanut Butter
HCG Maintenance / HCG P3 Lunch: Large Salad with Chicken Breast and your choice of Salad Dressing, such as Ranch or Italian. (Remember all salad dressings used during the 1st 3 weeks of HCG Maintenance need to have 3 or less carbs, 2 or less sugars, and 12 or less fats)
HCG Maintenance / HCG P3 Snack: Mixed Fruit Salad (avoid really sweet fruits like grapes, pineapple, etc.)
HCG Maintenance / HCG P3 Dinner: Roasted Turkey (avoid Honey Baked or anything sweet) served with Steamed Green Beans and Mashed Cauliflower (substitution for Mashed Potatoes)
HCG Maintenance / HCG P3 Snack: Fresh Strawberries dipped in Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
HCG Maintenance / HCG P3 Breakfast: Cottage Cheese with Sliced Peaches (If canned, get all natural; NO added sugars) and 2 pieces of Turkey Sausage

HCG Maintenance / HCG P3 Dinner: Noodleless Spaghetti- Roast a Spaghetti Squash in the oven until tender. Combine with normal Spaghetti Meat Sauce. Top with grated Parmesan Cheese.
