Health Conscious Guru Diet Mixed Pepper Salad
- 2 Whole Bell Peppers
- Choose between a variety of colors such as green, yellow, red, and orange
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 3 tbsp. Feta Cheese Crumbles (optional)
Prepare this recipe by slicing the bell pepper, remove all the seeds, and dice into bite-size pieces. Place the bell pepper in a bowl, top with sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, and spices. Mix completely, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator, mix again, add cheese, if desired. Enjoy!
