Health Conscious Guru Diet Miracle Noodle Chinese Stir-Fry
- 7 oz. bag of Miracle Noodles
- 1 c. Fresh Broccoli, chopped
- ½ c. Green Bell Peppers, sliced
- ½ c. Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. Peanut Butter
- 1 packets of Stevia
- 1 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
To make this recipe you will need to start by preparing the Miracle Noodles. If you do not know how to prepare the then, learn here. Mix together peanut butter, stevia, vinegar, and soy sauce until well mixed in a small box. Place this sauce mixture in a medium skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots to the mixture and sautee for 5-7 mins. Stir every few minutes. Next, add the mushrooms, continue sautéing until the vegetable are all soft. Next, add the prepare miracle noodles to the sauce / vegetable mixture. Mix well. Remove from heat, serve, and enjoy!
