Learn how to make your own sugar-free, carb-free dressings for the HCG Diet.

Health Conscious Guru Diet Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 5 Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 dropper of Stevia Clear
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt

Combine strawberries with other ingredients in a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth. This dressing is great over baby spinach leaves.

Health Conscious Guru Diet Salsa

  • 1 Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 T. Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Oregano
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 T. Fresh Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper

Chop ingredients. Mix together. Add spices and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hour before serving.

Health Conscious Guru Diet Spicy Mustard Dressing

  • 1/3 cup of Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of Water
  • 1 packet of Powdered Stevia
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. Sugar-free Spicy Brown Mustard

First mix together the apple cider vinegar and stevia. Stir until the stevia is well dissolved. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until mustard is mixed in well. Chill and serve on your favorite salad or use a couple of tablespoons to marinade your chicken.
