Health Conscious Guru Diet Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 100g Cooked Chicken Breast, Diced
  • 2 cups Celery
  • 2 cups Homemade Chicken Broth (find this recipe in the 101 Worry-Free Diet Recipes cookbook.)
  • 1 tablespoon 2% Milk
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Basil
  • White pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

To make this soup recipe, start by combining all ingredients in a food processor. Chop until adequately mixed. Pour into saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cover, and heat about 20-30 minutes. This recipe is perfect if you are starting to get sick while on Phase 2 of the diet. This recipe is safe for phase 2 of the diet.
