HCG Diet Store Affiliate Portal Instructions

How to access your Affiliate Account

1. Go to the following website address: https://safeinfo.infusionsoft.com/app/authentication/login or, from the HCG Diet Store homepage, click the link called ‘Affiliates’ from the main navigation at the top of the page, then click the link ‘Enter Your HCG Affiliate Account Here.’
2. In the Username field, enter your affiliate code (ex. Cc11584) which was emailed to you upon creating your affiliate account.
3. Enter your password you created (it was also emailed to you upon creating your affiliate account).
4. Click ‘Login’.
5. Once logged in, you can edit your mailing address (under “My Profile”), view your commissions (under “My Ledger”), and more.

How to view your Affiliate Ledger (How much money you have earned)

1. Follow the instructions above to log in to your affiliate account.
2. Once logged in, on the left navigation bar under the ‘Home’ section, select ‘My Ledger’ (The 4^th option down from the top of the page).
3. Your personal Ledger will open in a new window.
4. In your Ledger, you may view your Total Commissions Earned, Affiliate Balance, etc. You may also sort your view by date by adjusting the calendar view at the top of the Ledger.

How to use your Affiliate Link (Mainly for Individual Use)

1. To earn commissions, the individual who is ordering must get to the website from your affiliate link.
2. There are two ways to find your affiliate link. The first is to fill in the blanks in this web address, putting your affiliate code in in place of “affiliateID”:
   http://safeinfoaffiliate.com/?w=HDS&p=affiliateID
3. For example, if your affiliate code was Cc11584, your affiliate link would be http://safeinfoaffiliate.com/?w=HDS&p=Cc11584
4. The other way to find your affiliate link is to log into your affiliate account.
5. Then, from the navigation bar on the left, choose ‘Link Generator.’
6. Without changing any of the drop-down options, down at the bottom of the page click ‘Generate Link.’
7. A link will appear just below the button that you can select and copy.
8. Then, just paste the link into emails to friends and family, on Facebook or Twitter, on a business card, anywhere and everywhere you can think of.
9. When someone clicks on your link, they will be taken to the HCG Diet Store website. If they order, your affiliate commission will automatically be tracked.

How to access and add Affiliate Banners to your website (Mainly for Businesses)

1. To earn commissions the individual who is ordering must get to the website from your affiliate link which can be contained within a banner ad.
2. In order to post a banner ad, you have to have a website that you have access to the HTML code. Please note: Facebook will not let you post banners.
3. To access pre-made banners, login to your affiliate account.

a. Once logged in, on the left navigation bar under the ‘Resources’ section, select ‘Banners.’

b. To view the banners, from the list of banners, click the ‘Generate Banner’ button.

c. A new window will open showing the banner and the HTML code for the banner.

d. When you have decided what banner you’d like to use, generate that banner and copy all the HTML code.

e. Log into your website host.

f. Select the page of your website you’d like the banner on.

g. Paste the banner code into your website’s code.

h. When someone clicks on your banner, they will be taken to the HCG Diet Store website. If they order, your affiliate commission will automatically be tracked.

4.  Alternatively, you can create your own banner or artwork.

a.   Place your artwork onto a page of your website.

b.   Hyperlink the artwork with your affiliate code (see “How to use your affiliate link,” above).
