Health Conscious Guru Diet Kickin' Vitamin C Salad

  • 1 c. Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Carrot, Peel and Sliced
  • 5-6 Yellow Grape Tomatoes, Halved
  • 1 Orange, Segmented
  • ½ Orange Bell Pepper, Sliced

To prepare this recipe, mix all of the above ingredients into a bowl and stir until ingredients are well mixed. Toss this salad with a low-sugar, low-carb salad dressing. We recommend Simple Girl Sweet Vinaigrette dressing.
